The building is primarily composed of SPACE’s signature king-size studios, which have proven especially popular among current residents. For those seeking more space, the third floor features exclusive penthouse suites. Beyond the apartments themselves, Bonnybank places a strong emphasis on lifestyle and community. Residents have access to free bookable meeting rooms, as well as a range of social and recreational facilities. A new on-site restaurant, The Social, is set to open in May, featuring private dining rooms, karaoke spaces, and games such as pool and darts. These rooms are available for anyone to book for birthdays, graduation, or any other special event, allowing you and your friends and/or family to celebrate privately.
